Backed by an MBA in Human Resources Management, a BA in Business Administration, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, I bring both academic expertise and hands-on leadership experience to every engagement.

My career spans leadership roles in financial services, mortgage operations, and government, where I developed and implemented standardized processes, procedures, and training programs to improve efficiency, compliance, and service consistency.

Today, as a principal consultant, I work with small and medium-sized businesses to turn operational challenges into opportunities.
